Salary: $75,460.32 - $113,190.48 Annually

Description: Seattle's Mayor and City Council are striving to make Seattle the leading example of positive change and innovation.  The City Budget Office, in concert with the Mayor's Office, is seeking a qualified Organizational Performance Analyst to shape and execute key components of the City's newly created Organizational Performance program. 

One of the goals of the City's Organizational Performance program is to enhance accountability and transparency by communicating how the City's diverse programs and services are resulting in measureable outcomes for the public.   You will work in close coordination with the Mayor's Office, Mayor's Office of Policy and Innovation, and the City Budget Office to expand existing and develop new policies, practices, systems and tools that will further this goal. 

You will be working across all departments in the City. The City of Seattle is comprised of 28 unique offices and departments, and subject matter will be diverse and may include: human services, education, affordable housing, growth management planning, land use and development, transportation, information technology, public utilities, parks and open space, economic development, housing, race and social justice, and environmental sustainability.  You do not need knowledge in all of these areas to be successful, but some experience and/or interest in these areas will be helpful.
