5.     Assist in negotiating deal structure and pricing

6.     Monitor investments on an ongoing basis to determine risk grade for each investment and overall suitability for the portfolio

7.     Work with other analysts to support team and department objectives

8.     Take an active role in the creation of financial models for the assessment of credit risk and the valuation of portfolio securities

9.     Identify areas of potential risk related to the municipal portfolio and communicate to management

10. Communicate effectively with auditors and Bank regulators
