Teens Act Executive Director Job

New Executive Director will start in March 2016!

Location: Provo, Utah

Description/Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems
  • Actively engage and energize Teens Act board members, advisory board members, alumni, partnering organizations, and volunteers
  • Expand local revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations in Utah County
  • Deepen and refine all aspects of communications—from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand and partnership
Qualifications:
  • Having at least 1-2 years of management experience
  • Having a record of effectively leading and building a capacity of an organization
  • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams
  • Past success working with a Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate existing board member relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with an ability to use Google Drive, Word, Excel, Power Point, and other necessary tools.
