The City
of Tacoma is currently looking to recruit for two positions that will be housed
in the Office of Management and Budget. One will be for a Management Analyst I
and the other will be for a Management Analyst II.
Description: This
position will to provide technical assistance and support during the budget
preparation and budget management processes by performing budget calculations
and analyses; maintaining and updating system data; providing interpretation
and research findings on a variety of issues, and preparing reports.
Additionally, this position will conduct research and analysis of processes and
policies by consulting with subject matter experts to generate innovative
solutions and assess their feasibility; recommend improvements, revisions,
and/or modifications of operations to managers and departmental leadership; and
assist in the developing implementation plans for projects.
