Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Acts as a facilitator
in problem solving situations; provides information to those seeking assistance
and suggests alternatives/solutions and assists others in solving problems.
2.
Analyzes, summarizes
and/or reviews data; reports findings, interprets results and/or makes
recommendations.
3.
Ensures compliance
with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules,
standards and guidelines, etc.
4.
Monitors and evaluates
operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness;
makes recommendations for improvement.
5.
Acts as a resource to
provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of
management, staff, clients, or customers.
