Description: The Philanthropy Program Manager will handle the philanthropic programs of Young Living, including several programs sponsored by the D. Gary Young Foundation, to ensure that they are in line with the stated goals of Young Living. He/She will provide quality control for their organization's programs through methods such as handling all requests for donations, all child sponsorship programs, staff, activities, and intended final products. The Philanthropy Program Manager will work with everyone from volunteers to management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • Monitor activities, organization, and costs of an event and make modifications as necessary
  • Develop and effectively manage program timelines to ensure timely completion of program deliverables
  • Identify tools, resources, and best practices to help improve the ongoing success of the D. Gary Young Foundation
  • Develop presentations and other materials for use during program-related events and meetings
  • Serve as programmatic liaison to external partners
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management or a similar field
  • Master’s degree in non-profit management or similar field preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in area of management or nonprofit administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are a must-have
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training

Work Environment: 
  • Employee may work in an office setting. The individual must be able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
