Description: Employees in this position plan, develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, train, resolve
conflicts and assist in the implementation and ongoing direction and support of Workforce Services
programs. Employees must have extensive expertise and knowledge of specific program area of
responsibility, and may perform one or more of the following duties: coordinate program policies,
procedures, and quality assurance plans and development activities; provide agencywide technical
and/or program training, curriculum development and ongoing assessment and maintenance of
program training content; provide technical assistance to and/or functionally supervise other trainers or
technicians; or, may resolve high conflict issues due to service delivery breakdowns by responding to
requests, issues or problems from the general public.
