Description: Supports Human Resources Generalists, and internal/external customers in employee relations, staffing, general Human Resources
questions, etc. Develops and maintains effective staffing and recruitment programs. Responsible for staffing, responding to employees and
applicants regarding general employment questions and benefits. Maintains and updates employee information and tracks applicant
information using multiple databases. Tracks and reports federally mandated and other UTA requirements for new, current and terminated
employees; and enters and maintains data using various software programs. Assists external and internal customers with HR related issues,
questions and projects.
