Description: Established in 2007 to attract, develop and retain talented employees, the City’s Management Fellows Program exposes individuals to multiple challenges that local governments face today, as well as new and innovative methods to deal with these challenges. The 12-month program allows each fellow to spend significant time in three City departments, including the City Manager’s Office, the Office of Management and Budget and one operating department.
Three Management Fellows positions will be available beginning this summer. Employees who meet the educational requirements, are able to assist with the preparation of budgets, possess strong communication skills and have the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions are encouraged to apply.
