Description: Under general direction, is responsible for performing professional level work involving the planning, analysis, and monitoring of municipal or outside agencies' operations which may include revenue and expenditure elements of the annual and six-year capital budget; preparing the annual five year financial forecast; and completing special projects as assigned.
