Description: The purpose of the Court Operations Unit is to research, analyze, compile and report information on a professional level to the Presiding Justice of the Peace and the Bench, department management team, and employees of the justice courts.
Incumbents perform comprehensive research and analysis on complex departmental issues and special projects, prepare comprehensive reports and provide recommendations to department management; Special project assignments can include implementing case processing improvements related to ICIS and EDMS; provide training in a variety of core business processes. Administer and coordinate the learning management system (LMS) for Justice Courts.

Qualifications: Position Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Public, Business Administration or relevant field and two (2) years of professional analytical experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of the principles and applications of management concepts and techniques; knowledge of accounting practices; knowledge of Minimum Accounting Standards (MAS); knowledge of the policies, standards, procedures, and activities of the Justice Courts; ability to research, gather, organize and analyze facts; ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with other court and county departments, external agencies, and employees; ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of adult learning techniques and faculty skills to include training and development.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Preference may be given to candidates with Justice Court experience.
