The Utah Department of
Corrections has a couple of internship opportunity that will be available May
1, 2014 and could last till April 30, 2015. During the months of May, June,
July and August till school starts the Interns will be full time at 40 hours
per week with no benefits. The other months will be between at 10 to 19 hours
per week. The pay is about $19.00 per hour.
The internship would be
working in the Internal Audit Bureau assisting with Performance Auditing.
UDC is interested in
applicants that are starting their last year of under graduate study or are in
a Master's Degree Program. Preferably students that are pursuing degrees in
Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Management, Auditing or Accounting.

Depending on the number
of applicants, there will be screening process and those who are felt to be the
