Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $51,133 - $76,700 annually depending upon qualifications. Excellent benefits package including:

• 2 weeks paid vacation/leave

Background: Planning & Innovation serve the Department as a team of internal consultants who facilitate strategic decision making with the Department’s executive team and routinely solve the Department’s toughest problems by applying a mix of data analysis, policy and procedure improvement, and storytelling. The Planning & Innovation team are seeking applicants who are constantly thinking about new and improved ways of doing things, love solving tough problems, and are energized by collaborating with others to create a better future.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.

Five years of experience in a relevant field, including but not limited to management, analysis, or policy development. 

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in any of the fields listed above.

Moderate to advanced skill level in any of the following areas:

• Microsoft Excel 
• Microsoft Access 
• Strong and concise writing 
• ArcMap (GIS) 
• Process improvement
