Description: Revere Health is seeking a qualified healthcare administrator to participate in a 6-12 month paid training program. The participant will work with a mentor in a variety of administrative settings. Projects will be assigned in multiple departments, giving the administrator in training insight and on-the-job experience. They will be expected to provide productive ideas and effort on multiple projects and assignments. Areas of training and assignments will include Operations, Business Office, Finance, HR, IT, Quality, Marketing and Call Center.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Healthcare Administration or related field, MHA or MBA preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of computer programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc. Good time management skills. Self-starter with the initiative to responsibly work alone and unsupervised. Previous healthcare experience in a managerial position desired.
