Description/Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, fundraising, communications, and systems
- Actively engage and energize Teens Act board members, advisory board members, alumni, partnering organizations, and volunteers
- Expand local revenue generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations in Utah County
- Deepen and refine all aspects of communications—from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand and partnership
- Having at least 1-2 years of management experience
- Having a record of effectively leading and building a capacity of an organization
- Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams
- Past success working with a Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate existing board member relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with an ability to use Google Drive, Word, Excel, Power Point, and other necessary tools.
Work Hours: 35 hours a week, minimum
