Description: Leavitt Partners Washington, DC Office is seeking to hire a full-time administrative assistant. The administrative assistant plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the office, including travel arrangements, internal scheduling, external meeting requests, and file and contact management. Additionally, the assistant supports overall office management functions and office calendaring for the team. As such, it is essential that candidates for this position have a high degree of confidentiality, respect, process/systems expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple work styles.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

General administrative and clerical support

Schedule appointments and maintain Outlook calendars

Organize and set up meetings (including teleconferences, web-based meetings, etc.)

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls , take and relay messages

Greet and direct persons entering the office

Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of office

Support office management (supplies, equipment, new hire onboarding)

Maintain records, contracts and other pertinent files

Send regular communications to investors and other key relationships
- Minimum of High School Diploma required; further education preferred
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
