Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Provo, Ut

Job Type: Part-time; This position is 25 hours per week. Hours are completed during typical business operation

Salary: $12-15 per hour depending on experience.

Description: Engaged in finance work relating primarily to the internal operations of our organization including pledge processing, collections, and donor designation processing for the campaign.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for database management and accuracy.
• Works with the United Way Finance Director relating to accounts receivables, designations, donor pledges, and thank you receipts and letters.
• Works with United Way Community Engagement Team and United Way Managers to ensure excellent customer service. This position will report to the Resource Development Director.
• Responsible for all federated campaign applications.
• Responsible for United Way Worldwide reports and relationships.
• Responsible for Operations Manual content.
• Active team player regarding all United Way activities.
