Progressive, growing community in southwestern Wisconsin-Home of University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Salary $90K to $110K plus benefits, DOQ. Seven Council Members elected on a non-partisan basis. $18M budget; 89 benefitted staff (77 full time and 12 part-time).

Qualifications:

Require Bachelor’s degree; prefer Master’s Degree with at least 5 years municipal experience.  Desire a strong background in budgeting/finance, long range strategic planning, intergovernmental relationships, especially developing and maintaining community relationships.  The successful candidate should demonstrate high integrity, open and positive communication skills, have a collaborative style in carrying out Council policies, with expertise in developing and maintaining a customer service organizational culture.
