Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Gilbert, Arizona has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Senior Performance Management Analyst.

The individual selected to fill this position will serve as a dedicated, centralized resource working directly with department and division leaders and staff to support the optimization of Town operations.

Ideal candidates will have a depth of experience in organizational performance improvement and be skilled in the deployment of current process improvement methodologies and tools that may include Lean techniques, Six Sigma, or other process improvement programs - especially as they apply to a service organization. They will be excellent collaborators - comfortable and effective as an expert resource for operational teams as they work through complex process improvement projects; skilled at engaging teams in the use of process improvement principles and tools to achieve significant improvement results. They will understand the critical nature of public trust and model the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior. They will be effective, approachable communicators - verbally, in writing, in listening and in making presentations. They will also be adept at presenting complex information in understandable terms to diverse audiences and will be known as results-oriented collaborators and team builders - at ease in making independent judgments, and engaged in and especially motivated by the success of others. They will also be skilled at performing highly analytical work involving cost allocation and quantifying results.
